These were purchased as a client appreciation. The client took one bite and spit it out. Was told it tasted like chemical. I tried one and the smell hit right away. Both containers smelled like gasoline or vehicle exhaust. The employee that wanted to support local took them back and she was told due to the law and the fact that it was food it could not be returned.

I was really impressed with the service I got. Last minute our cousin from out of town decided to do a gender reveal with us here,called several places with no luck and then remembered this place and so I went and last minute they were able to help accommodate some surprise cupcakes. This act alone will keep me coming back!I also purchased a cake on the side that she added a little touch to go with theme. Not only was the service above and beyond the cakes/cupckaes were all real good! If you have a chance to stop by you should our favorite when we go is the blueberry but we have tried others as well and it always is really good!

I recommend them, they make really delicious cupcakes and cakes. I have gotten orders from them for the holidays like Christmas, Halloween, New Years, Valentine's Day, Saint Patrick's day, Easter and Mother's day. They made a dozen cupcakes for mother's day and everybody loved them. They tasted really good. Unfortunately I can't eat too many of them because of orders from my Doctor to cut back on sweets as I have a sweet tooth and that is my biggest weak spot when it comes to my nutritional health. But yes if you are in the market for cupcakes they are the place to go. My only disappointment with them as they still haven't put doughnuts on the menu yet. I am sure if they did put doughnuts on the menu they would probably make my once a month Saturday morning trips to Savage Baked goods totally unnecessary.

We went to this bakery to choose my daughter’s birthday cake and the experience was very disappointing. From the beginning, we set a budget and requested a simple design that fit her party. As a customer, you expect guidance, explanations, and help to make an informed decision..not judgment. After asking about prices and options, we stepped out to the car to think about it and decided to come back to try a cupcake first. When we walked in, the manager..without realizing I was there made a comment saying that “people need to be realistic” and that no one would pay that amount for edible flowers. That kind of comment is completely inappropriate. When customers ask for a budget, it’s precisely because they are not experts and expect professional guidance, not criticism. I responded directly at that moment: “I want to be realistic too, that’s why I’m going to try a cupcake first and see if it’s actually worth it.” Because that is exactly the point evaluating whether the product matches the price. Once they realized I had heard everything, they tried to “fix it” by giving me a cupcake for free, but the impression was already made. We tried the cupcake and honestly, the quality does n

I ordered 5 cupcakes for my family for my son’s Birthday. The lady who sold the cupcakes was very pleasant, and I appreciated that very much. The cupcakes themselves were not good at all. I wish I had read some of the reviews before purchasing. All of the flavors we got had a cream cheese based frosting and tasted really bad. It was a waste of 20 dollars. I would not recommend these cupcakes to anyone. We tried all five flavors to see if any one of them was better, but they all disappointed. Left a bad aftertaste in my mouth. Sorry for a bad review, but I have to be honest.
